Protocol Updates
@base - Planned maintenance will be carried out on March 27th from 11am to 12pm PDT which will render withdrawals from the Base bridge temporarily unavailable.
@StarkWareLtd - Compiler optimizations introduced in Cairo 2.6.0 have resulted in simple transfer transactions requiring fewer steps than their CairoZero counterparts. It is recommended to compile contracts with version 2.6.0 or later to benefit from these improvements.
@OPLabsPBC - OP Sepolia has upgraded to support the feature-complete version of OP Stack fault proofs. This upgrade introduces breaking changes that impacts bridges, CEXs, and custom solutions that use withdrawals.
@0xPolygon - Introduce the dApp Launchpad: a dev’s gateway to simplified, EVM-compatible decentralized application development. The launchpad features a Command Line Interface (CLI) tool to streamline the development of dApps.
@Scroll_ZKP - Share details around their next protocol upgrade, which will include further Ethereum compatibility enhancements, as well as added support for EIP-4844.
@Optimism - Introduce the Superchain Developer Console to help app developers build and scale their businesses, making it easy to accelerate development and lower overhead costs.
0xPolygon - As part of the Napoli Hard Fork, Polygon PoS became the first chain to activate a Rollup Improvement Proposal (RIP) with RIP-7212, bringing support for a new precompile for the secp256r1 curve.
