Protocol Updates
@coinbase - Is partnering with Stripe to bring Base’s faster, cheaper financial infrastructure to millions of businesses around the world. Stripe's payouts and fiat-to-crypto onramps now support USDC on Base.
@BuildOnFuel - Fuel-core 0.28.0 is here, providing a 250x enhancement in transaction processing per block.
@Scroll_ZKP - Unveil Curie, their next major protocol upgrade. This latest iteration introduces Data Compressions, allowing them to reduce the cost of transacting on Scroll by 2x.
@OPLabsPBC - The upcoming Fjord upgrade goes live on OP Mainnet on July 10th. This upgrade brings new features and cost savings with transactions, passkey verification and sequencer drifts.
@base - Implemented the Multi-Chain Prep upgrade, taking us one step closer to an interoperable Superchain.
@Immutable - Are partnering with blockchain gaming platform MARBLEX, to create the home of Web3 gaming in South Korea.
@arbitrum - Introduce Timeboost; a new transaction ordering policy for Arbitrum chains. Timeboost enables auctions for the rights to an express lane, giving the winner an advantage for transaction inclusion and allowing them to potentially capture arbitrage and backrunning opportunities.
@Starknet - Published an updated roadmap of Starknet, fully focused on UX improvement with their v0.13.2 upgrade scheduled for August.
@eigen_da - Announce support for Optimism’s OP Stack, available now against the debut EigenDA testnet. Rollups will have the option of persisting L2 transaction data to EigenDA, enjoying negligible L1 gas costs while maintaining a security budget on par with Ethereum.
@taikoxyz - Reminder: for the upcoming 1.7.0 protocol update, you must upgrade your prover software to v0.28.0.
Ecosystem Highlights
@zerion - The ZERO Network Testnet is live, powered by ZKsync. Deployed using ZK Stack, this is the first EVM-compatible rollup that eliminates the need for gas.
@nodekitorg - Have teamed up with Polygon to bring composability to CDK rollups and the AggLayer.
@uniteio - Launches L3 Alpha Testnet, built on Base and the Optimism OP Stack. This marks the first milestone towards its L3 blockchain solution for mass-market mobile games.
@API3DAO - Is now building on Arbitrum Orbit. By leveraging Arbitrum Orbit, the OEV Network is set to redefine the oracle landscape around oracle services that are integrated with solutions to recapture protocol MEV.
@nestwalletxyz - Added full support for the Scroll zkEVM. Scroll users can now use Nest to self-custody their crypto, and seamlessly trade any supported asset.
@AngleProtocol - Angle is bringing finance onchain on Base — no fees, no minimum deposit, instant withdrawals, and stablecoins accessible 24/7.
@native_fi - Announce they will be launching their Peer-to-PMM liquidity system on Base, providing traders with competitive pricing.
@eywaprotocol - Added Base chain on CrossCurve. You can now make seamless cross-chain swaps in and out of Base with their next xStable pool.
