Protocol Updates
@base - One of Base’s 2024 roadmap initiatives is making onchain accessible and affordable for everyone. Learn more about their progress and approach to scaling Base, as we near the Pectra upgrade.
@0xPolygonFdn - The Ahmedabad hardfork for Polygon PoS is now live on mainnet. The upgrade includes PIP-30, PIP-36 and PIP-45, increasing the max contract size from 24KB to 32KB and improving network observability of the plasma bridge (saving stuck txs).
@ArbitrumDevs - A new Arbitrum Nitro v3.2.0 is now available. This release will include stability fixes among other changes, and does not include any config. changes from v3.1.2.
@arbitrum - Bridged USDC Standard is now available for all Orbit chains. Circle’s specification and process provides an easy way to deploy Bridged USDC standard to Orbit chains with optionality for a future upgrade to native USDC.
@CoinbaseAssets - ZKsync is now live on Coinbase and in the Coinbase iOS and Anroid apps, opening up more opportunities to access the Elastic Chain.
@zapper_fi - ZKsync Era is now live on Zapper. Connect your wallet to track your portfolio on Era with support for popular DeFi apps.
@fuel_network - Introducing Fuel Points Phase 2, the final phase in the Points Program that allows users to continue earning points while supporting the growth of the Fuel ecosystem.
Ecosystem Highlights
@FolksFinance - Folks, the community-driven lending platform is now live, bringing DeFi tools to Base. Lend, borrow, stake, and trade today.
@Treasure_DAO - Treasure will be bringing the decentralized game console to the Elastic Chain, after an overwhelming 99.5% in favour community vote to launch Treasure L2 as part of the zkSync ecosystem.
@Ledger - The Scroll network is now available on Ledger Live. Securely manage your ETH, USDT, and USDC via the Scroll network through the Ledger ecosystem.
@LimeChainHQ - Received a grant from The StarkWare OP_Cat Research Fund that will be used to further their research on developing a proof of concept demonstrating how OP_CAT can improve token trading on Bitcoin.
@areta_io - Applications for the Security Subsidy Fund (SSF) will be from September 30th to October 14th, offering up to $2.5M in subsidies for new and exisiting projects in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
@mywebacy - The Webacy Safety Suite and EmbeddedSecurity APIs now fully support Arbitrum. Builders and users now have access to Webacy technologies to make their platforms more secure and keep their assets safe on-chain.
@base - Received a grant from Optimism Governance to kick off an incentive program rewarding DeFi builders on Base for boosting their ETH and BTC TVL.
@twinstake_io - Will be one of the first professional staking providers to support STRK staking from day one.
@oasys_games - Is integrating Arbitrum Orbit to build custom Layer 2’s on Oasys Layer 1, that plug into the Arbitrum ecosystem.
